  • com is the online website produced, operated and owned by TPC. Twistedpropsandcostumes.com includes content, information, and services provided by TPC. TPC may also supplement the Terms and Conditions with posted guidelines or rules applicable to specific areas of the TPC website. In addition, TPC may also offer services from time to time that are governed by the terms of service of the respective service partners. Any reference made to TPC in this document shall be deemed to have been made to TPC and affiliates.

 

  • TPC's failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any use of the TPC website shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such charges, modification or additions.

Users

  • All remarks, suggestions, ideas, and questions communicated to TPC through this site will belong to TPC. 
  • TPC is not required to treat any submission as confidential. All present and future existing rights to the submission will exclusively belong to TPC. TPC will be entitled to use the submission for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person sending the submission. You acknowledge that you are responsible for information, text, messages or other materials ("Content") you submit, e-mail, post or otherwise transmit (publicly or privately) and that you, not TPC have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright. 
  • The user shall not place in any area of the TPC website any material, which is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable or violates any law.

  • The TPC website is a trademark of TPC in the United States. All other company names, product names and service names may be trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Specific Issues

  • The author and TPC cannot warrant that the information is legal, valid and correct. 
  • You acknowledge and agree that data collected and maintained by TPC with regard to its users, may be disclosed in accordance with TPC's Privacy Policy.
